The Design Quote Request form on this page is a simple
HTML e-mail submission.
It is not encrypted for security purposes and is not stored
on our website server, to ensure your privacy. Please do not
include financial or other sensitive personal information. We will contact you at the e-mail
address you provide, or by phone, should further details be required.

You will immediately receive a Quote Request Received confirmation, by an
automated response message. As soon as our staff is able, we will review your
request and respond in
a timely fashion. Depending on the design complexity of your quote request and
our current work load, you will receive a detailed response in 1-5 working days.
We respect the privacy and security concerns of our clients. For this reason, we
do not store any e-mail correspondence on our website or mail servers. As soon
as a quote request message is received,
it is downloaded to our office local network computer and manually transferred to a
secure storage
drive, (not accessible by the internet). We will retain the message for internal
use only and will permanently delete all messages should the client request
us to do so.
